Grandi Lavori Fincosit S.p.A. (hereafter called the “Company” or “the Owner”) based in Via Clauzetto n. 12 - 00188 Roma, Italy is informing its users, according to the article 13 of the Legislative Decree of June the 30th 2003 n. 196 (hereafter called “ Privacy Code”), about the measures to protect users’ personal data through the connection to the address http://www.glf.it by assuring they will be used just to evaluate a possible cooperation with the Company.
Taking into account Your personal autonomy and what is stated in the following paragraph D, the communication of personal data for the aims listed in the paragraph A is compulsory ; if the communication isn’t carried out, the Company won’t be able to partially or totally meet the users’ needs.
 

B.   Where and how personal data are treated
The treatment of data related to the website’s services is performed at the Headquarters of Grandi Lavori Fincosit S.p.A. and are run by the Company
